Where We Came From
At Num Num Cafe, we believe that everyone deserves coffee that is both delicious and from beans of the top quality. That's why Jared and Zack moved to South Dakota from the busy streets of Seattle, WA; to create the perfect cup.
We carefully select and prepare each batch to perfection, bringing out the unique aromas and flavors of every bean for an experience that is both enjoyable and satisfying down to the last drop.

Jared Palacki
Jared hails from the Pacific Northwest; being trained under multiple baristas as well as multiple chefs specializing in foraging and craft cooking.
Jared brings his love for cooking and for coffee to South Dakota to recreate the preconceived vision of a cup of joe and a bite to eat.
